Custom Footer menu; how to?

Hi!

I am new with wordpress but I love all the features it has, especially the Woocommerce plugin for my webshop!

I struggle with some customization though and one of them is to add a footermenu with some pages like: faq, shippinginfo, paymentinfo, about us, contact etc.

–> I think this will be very difficult?
Example what I basically need: https://www.fashionology.nl/
–> This should be possible I hope?

My webshop: tripodtest.lovelings.nl as you can see the only option (widget) is to place a menu that displays horizontal next to each other.

Is there a plug-in for this or does someone can help me with some code?
