Custom footer/header/topbar shows as shortcodes

  • Hello!
    After last update custom footer, created with wpbakery page builder, start shows as shortcode ([vc_row][vc_column]…). Custom header and top bar have same issue. I was forced return back to old version of theme and plugin.

    Is it an error or maybe it needs some setting to use wpbakery for custom elements in new version?

    I had the same problem, after the updates of the theme and the Ocean Extra plugin that I use with SiteOrigin Page Builder, I solved it with the resetting of the last backup of the dir and the db.
    Are there any predictions on the release times of the fixed version?

    If it can be of help to someone like me who has had the same problems, I make myself available for a beta test on my configuration.

    Theme from Abhishek’s link works fine, but it seems it needs older version of plugin

    A new version of the theme and plugins have been released with the fixes, Kindly upgrade the theme and plugin to the latest version and check.

    I confirmed that shortcodes are executed in the topbar with the latest version 3.3.2.

    However, this fix introduced another issue.

    I insert social share buttons at the top and bottom of the content (custom post type). Now, social share buttons are also shown at the top and the bottom IN the topbar.

    After the fix, I think the topbar is treated as a custom post so the third-party plugin started inserting the social buttons in the topbar too.

    Is there any way to fix this?
