    Hi, I’m trying to add a custom font from the fontello. As described in the FAQ section (

    Create a new directory called fontpacks in wp-content.

    Grab the zip of the pack, extract, and upload it to the newly created directory.

    Enable the icon type from the Settings meta box.
    )
    And no a new item appear in the Menu Icons Settings

    Could you please guide? Thanks.

    Hey @signale,

    Can you please give me more details about the issue encountered and also a link to your website to better see what is going on? Please provide some screenshots or a screencast if possible. If you’re using Google Chrome you can use this extension to create screencasts: https://www.vidyard.com/govideo/.

    If not then you can use this solution: https://www.screencast.com/.

    Thanks a lot for your patience and understanding.

    I do exactly the steps

    How do I add an icon pack from Fontello?
    1. Create a new directory called fontpacks in wp-content.
    2. Grab the zip of the pack, extract, and upload it to the newly created directory.
    3. Enable the icon type from the Settings meta box.

    Does it work if you do it on your site? If it’s workable then I will try again and record, just to ask if it works on some site or needs a fix

    I am also not getting any results. Need more specifics. Where is the Settings meta box?
    Is that on the menu page? What files should be inside “fontpacks”? When I upzip my icon font folder from Fontello, it contains folders within folders and other misc files. Does the whole unzipped folder go inside “fontpacks”?
