Custom font color not changing

    Hi,
    I customized the password form in the WP customizer. I setted the button font (not hover) to be dark on a light background. But the font stay white. The hover button font color is right but not the ‘normal’ (not hover) font color.
    I have Ocean WP theme and Elementor page builder.
