    Hi,

I’m having issues with custom font that are not being displayed on my woocommerce pages/products/
I have done those settings explained here :https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/128-how-to-add-custom-fonts

As you can see on my website homepage here : https://shorturl.at/epQT8 the font “maybe coffee” that I have imported works fine on menu header :

But on my woocommerce pages, it showing a different font on header menu link (same with product titles). https://shorturl.at/epvxW
However, I have selected my custom font in the “woocommerce product title” typography customize field.

Could you please help me to fix this ?
    Thanks a lot.

    Best regards,

    Julien

  • Hello @igloo3,

    Thank you for reaching out,

The CSS you’ve added to your website seems to be in an incorrect path, which isn’t loaded on the single product page(s).
It seems it loads only on the pages which have an elementor classes.

Please put that custom CSS part of the font in the Customizer > Custom CSS/JS > Custom CSS section and recheck the issue. Please read this link for more information about the CSS/JS code on the Customizer: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/354-add-custom-css-and-js-to-your-website.

Note: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools.

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards

    Hello @igloo3,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Since you may have many customizations in the child theme on your website, please do the steps below and recheck your issue:

    Troubleshooting child theme:
1- Remove all customization on the child theme.
2- add your customization one by one to the child theme.
3- After adding each customization code, check your issue

Note 1: in the staging website, if you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.

Note 2: Please get a full backup from your website before removing all customization.

    Best Regards
