Custom filter from custom taxonomies

I was thinking about the way to create custom filter for custom taxonomies.
I have two custom taxonomies “years” and “company”, what I want to do is if I go to for example years 1990, to get array of company terms (slugs) associated with years 1990, to use them in filter.

Maybe somebody knows from where to start or some solution?
