Custom filetypes in ticket file upload field

We will add a new filter hook for the mime type in the next version. So that you can add the mime type and use it.

You can search for “fluent_support/mime_groups” filter and you can add your mime types into it.

Thanks for the 1.6.9. update. I can now upload xlsx without problems. Can you just please confirm that this work in email piping service (email based inbox) ie. when I attach xlsx file in email ticked those files then are processed by parser and become available for dovnload in backend (agents portal)
