Custom File List Not Working For Me =( Need Help Plz

I have some images in my wp uploads directory I would like to serve from my Amazon CDN. This is the full file path to one of them;

{wp_content_dir}/uploads/*Yet it is not working and is not pulling from the CDN, you can see it here (I checked at pingdom.tools)

Everything else in W3TC is working great and everything is pulling from the CDN just fine.
WHY won’t this work for me? I have tried a lot of different things and can not make it work.
Please help.
