Custom fields wont show

I added additional custom fields on the back end on two specific pages and entered info in them
1. how do i make them show on front end (its not showing)
Created benefits title 2, benefits description 2, testimonial title 2 and testimonal textbox 2
2. I see the custom field empty boxes on all the pages how do i create them only for those two pages (create custom page templates?)Sorry im new i need specific instructions, thanks
