Custom Fields with Variable in Posts

    What I want to achieve is to simplify the posting of items.

    I would like to create a custom field. For example: “post-color“

    So when I post a new article the field post-color is there already. The only thing I fill in there is, yellow, green, blue etc..

    When the post shows up I want to generate a link:
    https://www.example.com/blabla/28344/$COLOR/

    How can I achieve that?
