    hello,

I want to use Custom Field for google merchant center. Unfortunately I don’t know which value I should put in this fields to make it live.

    It should be value “yes”

or maybe I can just write any name for example “socks” for custom field 0?

I want to use Custom fields because I want to divide my products in the google ads into 3 groups.

    Regards

  • I assume you mean “Custom Label” instead of “Custom Field”? You can add up to 5 custom labels to your feed (0 – 4) and fill them with any attribute or static value you require.

When you want it to be yes you just do this:
    1. Hit the “+ Add field mapping” on the field mapping page
    2. Select “Custom label 0” from the left drop-down and “static value” in the right drop down.
    3. put in “yes” in the input field.

oki thank you, will do as you said

I will add “yes” for some products for “Custom Label 0”

And another “yes” for some products for “Custom Label 1”

Hope in Google ads I will have products with 2 diffetent Custom Labels.

And will test if is working.

    Thanks for help.

    Regards

    Hello,

Are you sure that I should choose static value “yes”

Like on screen, there will be no conflict?

I want to some products to be on Custom Label and some on Custom Label 1.

Or maybe it should be option 2

If second how to pyt some products to Custom Label 0 and soem to Custome Lable 1.

    Hi,

I have only explained how to set static values in custom label fields I do not know what it is exactly you are trying to accomplish, you would have to explain that a bit more into detail.

It is not possible to set static values for just a few products. When you set a static value it is for all products.

    Hello

I want to divide products into 4 groups differntiate them by price.

    For example:

    O Custom label – from 0 to 20
    1 Custom Label – from 20.01 to 40
    2 Custom Label – from 40.01 to 80

    etc.

Then I want to display for each label different Google Product Campaing

Or I do it wrong? Maybe I can differntiate products within one label just giving diffenerent valuses?

    Regards

    Hello,

Sorry my mistake this time, I didn’t educate myself enough in that field.

I now know how do do it. I only use Custom Label 0 and assigned there few different values. Then I will divide by this values into 3 different products campaigns.

    Regards

    perfect, issue resolved then.
