Custom fields only letters are allowed

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. That is because for XML nodes/fields numbers, strange characters and spaces are not allowed. They will break the XML.

Hit the orange “+ add field mapping” button so a new row appears and select “Sale price” from the drop-down instead of typing it in yourselves as a custom field.

“How to fix short description error?” You apparently have used a field mapping for your description field and used an attribute for it that does not have descriptions for all your products. So for the product ID’s that Facebook is giving you this warning, make sure to fill in a description on your product edit pages.

“How to fix short description error?” – Some products i have only short descriptions. Do i have to copy short description to the normal description for everyone? That would not be a good option. Maybe it is possible to put a filter if there is no description, then it would show a short description instead.

What did you use as your field mapping for the g:description field? The “normal” product description or the short product description?
