Hi there,
I added a custom field on my product page called “feed” and set the value for “no”. Then I wanted to add it as a filter to exclude products with such a custom field and value to be excluded from the feed.
The problem is when I am trying to choose this field from drop-down list on filter page. It’s just not there. What should I do to have this field on the list?

What am I doing wrong?
Maybe I added the custom field wrong? I just clicked Enter new on custom field section and when I refreshed it was on the list to choose from when adding it on the product page.

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. We gave this a try ourselves and for us all seems to be working fine.

See, we added this custom field on a product edit page:

That custom field does show in the drop-downs on the field mapping page:

Thank you for fast reply.
I tried everything, I purged cache, deleted my browser cookies, tried to add another field but still nothing. I don’t have it on the list.

Do you have any ideas what else I can do?

Not really, as shown it really should work and the field should be in drop-downs when you made sure you have used it and filled in values on your product edit pages.
