    Hello,

    I am getting error in the emails sent when changing the appointment status.
    Some fields are not working.

    New Status: Approved

    Appointment Details:
    Service: ‘Deep Clean’
    Client: {{bup_client_name}}
    Phone: {{bup_client_phone}}
    Date: 02/20/2017
    Time: 01:00
    Address: [BUP_CUSTOM_address]
    By: [BUP_CUSTOM_by]
    Post number: [BUP_CUSTOM_post_number]
    Notes: [BUP_CUSTOM_special_notes]

    They are working fine on the default email (the one sent after an appointment has been booked) but for the Appointment changed, this is what we are getting, all applies on admin, client and staff.

    PS.S I am using Personal package.

    I’m having the same issue (and also on the personal package).
