• I’m attempting to use WP-members to add a tax id | number to my ecommerce site using woocommerce — as it looked simpler than adding custom fields in ecommerce.

The custom field shows in the users page in the dashboard, but does not collect data when users fill out the registration form.

I’m assuming that this is because the woocommerce default fields are also incorporated here and show up first by default??? Any way around this?

Other suggestions? Client needs the EIN number for wholesale purposes.

    Thanks much!

If you are integrating things you need to know what form is being generated (WC generates a number of its own forms as does WP-Members) and also make sure that any fields you have in WC that you want to use via WP-Members have matching meta key(the option name for any field created in WP-Members fields tab is the meta key).

    Hi,

I have the same problem ?? I’m not sure what I have to do with the meta key. Can you explain with more details please?

    Thanks a lot

Same problem here… it works fine with other plugins but not with this one ??
