Custom Fields Manager Is Missing

It seems that I can’t find the custom fields manager after installation and activation. Is there any known plugin that’s causing the problem. I wish that you can help me with this since your plugin is so cool and there are a lot of features that you offer under the free version. I really like this plugin and I wish that you can reply soon.
