• I’m not sure if this plug-in exists or not, i tried looking for it earlier but had no luck.

Basically you know how we have Custom Fields for our posts? Well I’m looking for a plug-in that will allow our theme to have custom fields. I’ve seen individual themes have things like this, but I’m interested in a universal plug-in that i would just have to install, and not integrate into each theme i design.

I have several websites that i have designed themes for that have certain content written directly into the theme files (header, footer, index, etc) and every time they want to change them, they have to contact me and i have to go in and change. Sure this might be a very easy task for me, but it would be nice if there was a place in the back-end where they can just edit a text field and update themselves.

Do you guys know of any plug-ins that already offer this functionality?

Yea, it seems as if it could be really popular, especially among the theme designers. If anyone knows of a existing plugin that will do this please let us know :).

    Thanks!
