    Hello,

I installed and use the free version of your plugin, in addition to WooCommerce Address Book.
When i add fields to the shipping section, i can update them on the account pages, but every time i place the order, the meta are not saved, and even erased from the account (the fields are back to blank when i come back to account pages).
Do you have any idea from where that could come ?
Would the pro version solve it ?
    Thanks

    Best regards

    Hello @legraindeweb

I added a text field in the Shipping section on our test installation. I checked and saving works after placing the order or after editing in the account.

Please go to the WooCommerce status and scroll down to the WooCommerce pages section. Check if the page set as Checkout has the required shortcode.

Also check if saving works when plugin WooCommerce Address Book is disabled.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your feedback.
Yes the page has the shortcode.
I tried by desactivating Woocommerce Address Book, still doesn’t work.

You think this comes from a conflict with another plugin ?

    Hello @legraindeweb

This is the most probable cause.

Please run a quick troubleshooting and see if this behavior is due to a conflict. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

    Troubleshooting steps

    1. Install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and turn on the troubleshooting mode.
    2. Test the plugin using Twenty Twenty or Storefront template. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.
    3. Disable plugins which are not ours or WooCommerce.
    4. Then enable plugins one by one and check if the issue still exists.

Please let me know about the result.

    Hello @tomaszwp

Thanks a lot for your feedbacks !

I finaly solve it after investigation: it was conflicting with a jquery script that was modifying the checkout page to force people to actually specify a shipping adress (with customs fields added…)
I updated the js script and it is now working fine ??
