Custom fields for Country, Province and City

Hello everybody!
Jedi masters of WP, I need your help!
Does anybody know how I can use acf plugin for adding Countries, Provinces and cities.

I found this solution:

But it doesn’t work:(

I think that I can put all countries for one list, and cities for another. But I think the correct one will be if you choose Country in which way I will able to select cities only from this selected Country.

I don’t know, how to do it.
