Custom fields filter not working

Overview:
Hi, We are using pods for making custom posts & fields. We have made custom post type named “Courses” in which there’s a custom field named “course_institution” where names of different institutions are stored.
I even downgraded my wordpress version to extent which your plugin was said compatible but no luck.

My Requirement:
Using Elementor posts widget, I just want to query those courses which have “University of Pennsylvania” stored in them.

Problem:
Custom fields filter in your plugin is not working. I have tried multiple combinations like trying label of the field, then trying its meta key in the “Field Name” but it just can’t seem to work.
Also in Field value, tried many different entries like all small letters, trying “_” or “-” in between words but no luck there as well.
