Is the content still showing on the frontend, and just missing the menu item? Did you recently make any edits to the settings you were using for the post type?

No, the content is not showing on the front end, but shows in the profile for the member, under custom fields. No one has made any edits to the settings, as far as I know. The client knows how to add a profile, but nothing about the settings.

Are you allowed to create an account for myself to log in and see what’s going on? I’d also need some links to examples of where I can see what on the frontend as well, if you are.

Yes, that’s not a problem. I took some screen shots but I didn’t see a way to attach them

I set up an admin for you. Look for the email. I’ll also send those screenshots

Best I can tell, you have some issues going on with queries and display in your archive-profile.php file. The post type is showing up in the admin area and it has the list of people, including metadata saved to their post. The issue is the display of it all, which our plugin doesn’t handle. We focus solely on the registration for later use.

I’d talk to whoever you have taking care of template files and have them look into things further.
