With the last version of wordpress the custom fields disappear from post type pages when editing, but it is visible on custom posts type.
The information keep showing on front-end, after inspect the html code in that page the fields are there but all group fields are hidden with the property ‘display: none’.

    Hi @tiagoacc,

I can see there are some problems with textarea fields, which has TinyMCE inside, but I can see fields and they are working fine for me:

Do you use Gutenberg or classic editor?
Do you use some plugins which affect page editing? (maybe there is a plugins conflict)

    Hi,
I am using Gutenberg and i can’t choose to use classic editor after update to wordpress version 5.0.3 before that it works with classic editor.

I deactivated all plugins and the problem persists, but this problem occurs only when i have visibility rules applied to page template, if i haven’t visibility rules the custom fields appear

Yeah, I think the problem is with visibility rules.

Unfortunately, we won’t fix this issue in the near time, so I suggest to remove visibility rules for now.
