Custom Fields data not saving when admin creates new user manually

Hi!

We created three Custom Fields that appear on the new user form but when an administrator creates a new user manually in the wordpress dashboard, these extra fields show up on the user creation page but the data we enter in these extra fields doesn’t save.

We then need to access the newly created profile in our users list and re-enter the same data for each custom field for it to save correctly this time.

Any reason why this happens on the new user screen and how to troubleshoot this?
