Custom Fields are not Showing in My Account Page

Hi,

We are using woocommerce checkout manager plugin in our website.

In shipping address we are using custom fields, That custom checkout fields are not displaying in My Account page. And also we are unable to add different shipping address.

Can you please check this issue and provide solution .
