    Hi.

    First of all, I see that others have asked about this before.

    We are currently trying out your plugin, and it works like a charm! We have a lot of customers within the restaurant industry and we’re looking to simplify both takeaway and sit down ordering for them. We are completely dependent on that the order is printed with custom information, f.ex “Table number” or “Takeaway reference”, product info and so on.

    We are currently using Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce and it sends some custom fields in email when order completed but GCP Woocommerce doesn’t print these fields. So I guess you dont have a integration with this plugin.

    I see that you offer your own printing templates also. Could that be a solution? Do you have integration to other Custom Field Plugins?

    My question is:
    – Is there any way to get custom fields on order printed out? For example table number, product info.

    Also – I would like to know if you offer any solution where the printed order can be sorted by Categories.

    At this time, we don’t have official plugin compatibility support for this specific Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce plugin which is why the custom fields are not displaying on the print-out for “Table number” or “Takeaway reference”, product info and etc.

    As noted in the forum, the challenge for us, there are many amazing plugins on the directory and Pro paid plugins that provide a lot of great functionality to orders and checkout meta fields, unfortunately, we can’t support them all natively in the plugin by default as we don’t know how each plugin or code is developed.

    We will add the Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce plugin to the list of plugins and in the future may provide support officially natively in the plugin, if more users indicate they use the plugin, but we don’t have a timeline on compatibility support.

    Yes, the Custom Print Template functionality would be the solution for any custom fields required to be added to a print-out template or compatibility with other plugins not supported by default.

    As a free option, we wanted to provide a tool for our plugin to be compatible for all these other great plugins, as a result, we did develop the Custom Print Template functionality in a previous release for the Print GCP WooCommerce Plugin. This allows you to develop a Custom Print Template and add all the fields you may require in the print-out layout you want. If you are a developer, you can review our developer documents at https://www.bizswoop.com/wp/print/developer/ and try to build compatibility with the plugin for the fields you require on the print-out “Table number” or “Takeaway reference”, product info and etc.
