Custom fields and images are not sent to Shipstation with 3.1

After upgrade to 3.0 and 3.1 with the new Shipstation plugin yesterday, the product images are not being sent over to Shipstation.

Also, we have a lot of personalized products where customers add a line of text into a custom field. This field has always showed up in Shipstation product detail and packing list. Now, it’s missing.

Shipstation support showed us a screenshot of the product feed from Woocommerce where these fields are missing and said to contact Woo. I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and have not received a reply. Hoping to get some help here.
