Custom Fields and CPT UI pluggin cannot view pages

hi i am developing locally i am using the CPT UI plugin and custom fields. i created a custom field for a portfolio page item, but when i add a new portfolio piece it will not show. if had some one check the code and there doesnt seem to be any errors so im thinking its something to do with the settings in the pluggin but i just cant figure out what.
