Custom Fields Ajax Broken

I am creating a custom theme that has a settings page and also has a meta box on the Page page right under Custom Fields. The problem is that something in my code is making the Ajax in Custom Fields stop working. The Delete button for custom fields still work with Ajax but the Update and Add Custom fields stop working. I tried removing bits of my code little by little but I have had no luck figuring out who the culprit is, so I’m wondering if there are any plugin/theme developers who have experienced something similar or if anyone knows what a common cause for this is.
