Custom Fields

Just upgraded to v0.27. Love the custom fields option that you included. Something that my customer explicitly requested 1 week ago. Only thing is it doesn’t work for me if I select to show it when the quiz ends (before the result). Which is exactly what I need. Please help. Thank You.
P. S. It works when I show it at the start.
