custom fields

  • Hi there

    I am new to Word press and in particular custom fields. I have a contact page which I am using to store data only and not show on my website. It includes email address and tel no. only and is not a form. I have set email address and telephone number up as custom fields on this page. On my home page I would like to add in these contact details (populated from the contact page) using the custom fields and I’m not sure how to?

    Any ideas would be much appreciated
