    Hi guys,

    Somehow I feel that my question might not make sense at all but I’m still curious, so please forgive me my total lack of knowledge.

    I’m using the Avada theme for most of my websites. It features a gallery which actually needs to be filled manualy at the moment. So there’s no WP/LR extension which would automate this like with some other themes. However, since the new version, avada added the ACF Pro (Advanced Custom Fields) plugin and I thought this might be the missing link to connect the Avada gallery logic with the WP/LR logic.

    Again, sorry if I missed something and my assumptions is completely. I just thought it’s worth asking the pros here.

    Do you mean that the images are coming from the fields created by the ACF plugin? If yes, there might be a way. Actually, I am not so sure how ACF works, as I am not using it, but the Post Types extension (in WP/LR Sync) let you link a gallery to a field. Have a look here:

    Look at the points 2, 3, 4. There are currently 3 ways of linking data to a field with WP/LR Sync. With ACF, I think there are 2 or 3, and I suspect most of them are compatible. So the best is to try, to test, or to ask your theme how they are using the ACF field and which WP/LR Sync option is better ?? I don’t say it’s super easy but it’s definitely super doable ??
