• After adding a custom field on the registration page, how do we see the data on the user record or export the info? I don’t see it being captured anywhere and wondering if my setup is incomplete.

    Thanks!

I will check with the devs. I did send them this document to work from when I made the request so maybe it was overlooked. Thank you.

I can see the field now in the export tool but still nowhere to be found on the user record or member profile. Will it show there or is it just exportable data?

    Thank you!

    Hi Olivia:

I don’t know for certain that this will provide a sloution, but you may want to try a plugin: https://www.admincolumns.com/ This will allow you, as an Administrator, to add Columns to various Admin pages eg. Pages, Posts, Users. Navigate to the link and take a look.

It will be installed into the WP Settings menu, where you can manage your columns by adding, removing and reordering them. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was hoping to hear that these fields can be added to the page in wordpress. Why allow a field at registration and then not have the ability to see it, update it or use it unless it is exported?

I really feel like our devs missed something but seeing as I am not a developer I can’t help. I can just hope someone out there can help me help our devs!

Even an answer of “this can’t be done” would at least give me a path to follow.
