Custom Field support

    This plugin works beautifully with the “List” field type. However, when I try to use the “Custom Field” under the “Post Fields” section, it doesn’t work properly.

    I setup a Custom Field with “List” Field Type, and I am able to select the checkbox under “Drop Down Columns”, but the option fields never appear. Any ideas how to fix?
