Custom field relationship field showing ID instead of title

I created 2 filters using ACF relationship fields. instead of outputting the titles, it’s just showing their IDs in the front end.

i saw there were 2 support threads about this issue. i tried to copy the provided code and adjusted it to my fields, but it’s not working.

the 1rst filter meta key is job_are and prefix url is job-area-1.

the 2nd filter is job_location and prefix is job-location.

I would be very grateful if you could tell me what code i need to put into the functions.
