Custom Field – Pre Purchase Question

Hi – I am currently using the free version of this plugin, but my client would like me to add additional functionality to the form. I am wondering how the custom fields work with the Pro version before I buy it.

My client would like to gather information from the sender when this post is generated. This information would need to be passes to the admin when the post is created. This information will NOT be used in the actual post.

For example, she would like to ask the reader if she has permission to tag the person on facebook and what is the person’s facebook name.

Would this be able to be accomplished with the Pro version? Thanks in advance!
