    Hi, I need that Authors, upload their prof. credentials (only to be viewed by admin) to verify that they are acredited therapist.
    I’ve seen that I can do it on the Listing, but, if I do that on listing creation, I’m forcing to do that on every publish, which is no sense… I’ll just verify them once.
    So How Do you do that?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us!

    We have this process in a different manner while they register as a user. Settings > User > Enable User Type, they can pick an option as a user or author and the admin can approve them first to submit the listing If you would like to verify them once. However, if you are talking about listing publish/pending status, please go through Directory Builder > Edit Directory > General > Set status > Publish.

    I think you do not understand what I’m asking.

    i’ve seen everything you say, but what I say is that , for me to approve the author, I need them to upload a picture and/or professional id, that’s the only way I have to validate they are certified therapist.

    And that info should only be seen by admin/author who submited. It would be akward to ask them to send it via mail…

    I’ve seen that you can do it on listings, but if I ask that info everytime they submit a listing makes no sense because it’s something that’s needed once

    Would be also interesting for me to get an “upload function” in the authors page / profile page for verification purposes. Maybe we can create a listing for one time verification (customize it with directory builder) and then make the option disappear, after a one time creation. Does this make sense?
