Custom field not working

    Hello, I created a custom field called token and marked it as required but users are still able to login by using ID ( user name ) and password only. Please note that i have 3 fields in my login page
    1) Id
    2) password
    3) token
    I want them to enter all 3 before logging in. Looking for a solution. Thank you
