Custom Field Not Working

    Hi,
    I am having dificulties to set up a custom layout for one of my website, [ redundant link removed ]

    I am using your plugin for another website of mine, and it works.
    For the actual website, any modification i make for my own template it doesn’t show in the invoice.
    I am also using Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce, with same settings and same fields for both websites.

    As you can see, this is the placed in the right path: https://prntscr.com/m5dgj6
    On my first website i am having this custom fields add, and it works: https://prntscr.com/m5dh99, as you can see it is added on my invoice: https://prntscr.com/m5di2s

    On the second website, there are no custom fields added to the invoice, as you can see here: https://prntscr.com/m5diih

    In the general tab of plugin it is set to my template: https://prntscr.com/m5dj06 and files are placed like i showed in the right folder.

    Glob is green as you can see: https://prntscr.com/m5dk8k

    Can you please help identify why not working?
    I really can’t understand and what can be done.

    Hi! It looks like you may have made the changes on the wrong site. You are referring to tonermagazin.ro but the screenshot of the custom template (https://prntscr.com/m5dgj6) is on another site (shadycircus.com). If it works on one site and not on the other, there must be a difference in setup somewhere. A few things that come to mind:

    • Perhaps you have put the yourtemplate folder in the main theme too, or in the plugin folder? It only picks one of them. Try renaming the one that you are editing to another name and then selecting that template in the settings.
    • double check that you are in the correct folder corresponding to the site you are working on

    Hello there,
    Thank you so much for opening my eyes. I was so nervous about this and couldn’t understand why it didn’t worked.
    I was working on the website the whole day (shadycircus.com) and i was doing those mods like a robot.
    I did put the template where it should have been in website path and it works fine.
