Custom field not updating from admin panel

    Hi Support team,
    I’m editing campaign form and add some extra field in my child theme. when I update the field from the front side it working fine but when I update the custom field from the admin panel the field is not updating. please help me how to update a custom field from admin panel.

    Hello @andpercent604

    When you added the custom fields in the front end. The same was needed to be done in the backend too for them to be workable with the plugin. The custom field when added using the child theme works only in the front end. As the child theme mainly works on overriding the functionality. In your case the campaign form extra fields were added. To make this added in the back end you will have to make core customization which is something we do not suggest to our clients as each time you update the customization will be lost. In case of further issues I suggest you to email us [email protected] . As you have already made some customization.
