Custom Field not Showing in Directory Front End

    Hi there,

    i have testet it all (deactivate Plug ins etc.) but can not find the Problem.

    So i post here.

    I have a Form Field (Facebook URL) ahich shows in the Registration Form for a Business and which shows in the Admin Area as well, no Prpbleme here. But in the Front End i do not get it showed. Any idea what i can test?

    I have another Entry which hase Facebook and Twitter, and here only Twitter showes up, Facebook is not showing. What can i do? Do i need a Facebook Tokes/Acess or something likte that because in my Theme there is a Facebook Acess Token registered…

    I Also checked the Code and found the Facebook Field in it, here the image:

    What is wrong here?

    I just tried this on my test site but the form displays without issue. Are you by chance using our Restrictions Module? If that hasn’t been assigned to show on your plans then it won’t show.

    If you continue to have an issue here, we would like to troubleshoot this issue with you further.

    Hello @bobbied waht do you mean with Restrictions Module?

    The Form for placing the entry shows correctly but page where i can see teh entry did not show Facebook… Only Twitter…

    Sorry for any confusion about this. It sounds like you may not be using the Restrictions Module (part of our Elite package).

    When I go to the link you sent, I actually do see the Facebook “Like” symbol at the bottom of the listing.

    The social fields are a bit different from regular fields. You can learn more about those differences in our Knowledge Base here: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/knowledge-base/manage-form-fields/#NOTE_Here_is_a_quick_guide_to_the_Social_Site_field_differences

    i did not see the Social Fields working correctly, anyway i will Use the Fields Social Others and that is working and enough for me.
