Custom Field Not Showing in ‘Add New Product’ page

I’ve installed Dokan Lite, ACF, and ACF for Dokan.
I created a Field Group that shows when the post type is Product. The field group is active.
I created a custom field. Checked the option for “Vendor Edits Allowed?” is on. Saved.
The field shows on the back-end when I create a product, but not on the Dashboard on the “Add New Product” screen or the “Edit Product” screen.
This is a WordPress.com site (not www.remarpro.com), so I’m wondering if this plugin works fully with WordPress.com or if there’s some other conflict.
