I inserted a custom field entitled “company”. Two problems:
    1. Doesn’t allow me to check ask and show without including required.

    2. Even if I check show, it still doesn’t show up on the final posted review.

What web browser are you using? Both things that you are saying are completely backwards of what the settings are, so it seems very odd to me. No other reports have been received of this behavior.

Also have a similar issue with custom fields. Only shown in the form if you require them and they do not show up when displayed (even with show checked). The custom fields also do not show or display in the Customer Reviews – Pending Reviews approval page as if they were never saved.

I am using Firefox web browser.

I uploaded the the update and now I get this fatal error whenever I try to update the page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method W3_PgCache::flush() in /home/…./public_html/(website)/wp-content/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/wp-customer-reviews-admin.php on line 249

@bcourt503 , @webpaws – should be fixed in 2.4.2 – one of the past few updates must have broke this and I (and other users) did not notice the problem. Thank you for pointing this out.

Is this the same issue I have reported in Ticket ID: 103098 ?
I have over 500 reviews and the custom field was showing for all of them, now, after the update to the latest version, it appears to only be showing randomly, and on very few reviews. I was told to post here in the forum instead of submitting the ticket, but I wanted to reference my post with the ticket.
