Custom Field & “Messages”

    Wondering if it’s possible, via this plugin or workaround, to use Custom Fields in the Messages.

    i.e. the “Subscribe without commenting” message:

    You can follow the discussion on [page_title]?without having to leave a comment. Cool, huh? Just enter your email address in the form here below and you’re all set.

    vs

    You can follow the discussion on [acf field=”name”]?without having to leave a comment. Cool, huh? Just enter your email address in the form here below and you’re all set.
