custom field in reservation dropdown

There’s not such option. This is something you need to implement yourself.

You can override this template to add your dropdown:
https://github.com/easy-wp-hotelier/wp-hotelier/blob/master/templates/booking/reservation-table-guests.php

Then you will need to save that info in some way. Check the plugin’s repo (https://github.com/easy-wp-hotelier/wp-hotelier) to see the available filters.

Yeah I was already trying to do that by following

calluna-child\hotelier\templates\booking\reservation-table-guests.php

but it was not overriding the template of plugin

so thought to take your advice
