Custom field for woocmmerce

I know how to create that custom field but I’m not sure how to connect it to WooCommerce downloadable options.

I want whenever the user upload a file in the custom form the file will appear here:

Hi, Basically all I do is a custom form with a custom field where users can submit products, now some of this products are digital products so I need to give users the option to add a downloadable file when creating that product.

So all I need is to know how to connect that file upload form to the woocommerce product itself.
it will also be good if i can limit the file type and file size, thanks.
