Custom Field Filter doesnt open the post

Hi everyone,

I created a filter set with a custom field and added it to a page. The custom field shows the entries, but when I select an entry in the filter, it doesnt find the actual post.

By looking at the URL of the post I noticed that its not using the actual post URL, but a new URL including the custom post prefix and the custom post entry.

Is there a way that the custom field filter will actually use and show the post url?
