Custom ‘Field display’

Hello,

I was wondering whether the ‘Fields display’ list is customisable at all?

For example, the default is – ‘Index’, ‘Added by’, ‘Icon’, ‘Size’, ‘Date added’, ‘Downloads’.

Is there a way of changing labels or even adding new labels i.e. add a ‘Category’ section.
