Custom field content in Admin Email

We have a custom field with the name ‘return_reason’ in the Flexible Refund form. We need to get the content of the above field in the flexible refund new refund request e-mail sent to the admin. But the content of the above field is not populating in the email content. Please help us to resolve the issue.
