Custom field checkbox not saving during manage subscription

    I added a bunch of checkboxes to my form for the street names. If I change the value of any of the street checkboxes (checked/unchecked), when I save, the form reverts back to the original values. For example, uncheck Hickory Forest Lane and then save.

    If I change the subscription values in the admin and save there the values are saved properly.

    I can change the list checkbox values and have them save properly. It’s only the custom field checkboxes that do no work properly.

    I have disables all themes and plugins and only enabled MailPoet and it still fails so it’s not a conflict. I have the latest version of WordPress and all plugins.

    I’m not sure how clear I was originally.
    I am able to click to checkmark the street checkboxes and save the new checked status.
    But when I try to “Uncheck” any of the street checkboxes, this change is not saved.

    It needs to properly save all fields including my custom street checkboxes.
    Please help. I think this must be a problem with the update code in MailPoet.
    Is there a way that I can intervene to correct the problem (like by adding a code snippet)?
