    Hi,

    Can you only have 1 field on the checkboxes? I can’t see an option to add an additional item, like on radio.

    That’s correct, you can only add one field per custom field checkbox created. If you need to add more text, you should use the “Label” for that.

    If you want to have multiple checkboxes, you’ll have to add a custom field checkbox for each one of them.
